When staying at our ranch house lodge you may bring your own fresh food to prepare in the lodge’s fully furnished kitchen or have gourmet meals prepared for you.  Reservations required for meals.  Day guests not staying at the lodge may order breakfast and lunch meals. One menu selection per meal.

Buckwheat pancakes
Served with pure maple syrup, honey cured ham, farm fresh brown eggs
Fresh ground coffee, orange juice

Grilled Northwest Salmon filet
Served with scrambled eggs, English muffin or assorted pastry
Fresh fruit, (orange, strawberry, banana mix) Fresh ground coffee, orange juice


Grilled Buffalo Burger
Build it your way; with all the fixings they’re big, tasty and messy.
Buffalo
is all natural, no color, steroids, or hormones added. Assorted soft drinks and beers.
 


Grilled Pork loin with Peppercorn Sauce
Served with grilled asparagus, baby reds and yellows.

 

Grilled Chicken Thighs
Boneless, skinless thighs served with seasonal vegetables and baked potato or baby reds.


Grilled Steak
T-Bone or New York grilled with apple wood smoke chips

 

Cedar Planked Salmon
Northwest Salmon grilled on a cedar plank, served with rice pilaf and grilled vegetable

Wild Pheasant
Served with wild rice, seasonal vegetable, organic greens salad

Wild Chukar
Served with couscous and sautéed asparagus


New York Cheese Cake
Served with seasonal fresh fruit topping

 Meals: Meals are not included in our lodge rates.
Meals are an additional $75 per day per person. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. We guarantee you won't go to sleep hungry.
